Aluminum sector
As regards the ALUMINUM sector, our company operates with great effectiveness and competence, carrying out all types of processing from the design of the furnace to the realization of both the refractory and the carpentry. Using its own workers and equipment so as to contain installation prices and reduce plant downtimes.
We install refractory materials produced by the best European manufacturers, we also install materials directly supplied by the customer or indicated by the customer.
Currently in Italy we have installed more than 40 degassing systems in the soles of melting furnaces, in order to degas the metal, reduce melting times and reduce waste. Also providing for any changes to the carpentry to increase the capacity of the oven.
Lead remelting
Our company operates with great effectiveness and competence, carrying out all types of processing from the design of the furnace, movement gears, combustion system, post-combustor suction hood and refractory lining design. We design and manufacture refining boilers by designing both the refractory and the carpentry. In the last 10 years we have also oriented ourselves to the foreign market by providing both materials and skilled labor for all types of interventions.
We are able to carry out all the work necessary for the construction of the boilers from the design of the same to the supply of the combustion system.
Refractory linings
We install and design refractory linings inside rotary unloading furnaces for fine breccia, Maers furnaces, both in CIM Progetti and Forindus furnaces, both with a vat and with a double vat. We also work very efficiently in repairing degraphed wall areas without compromising the integrity of the coating.
We are able to carry out all the processing necessary for the construction of the boilers from the design of the same to the supply of the combustion system.
We operate with appropriate remote radio-controlled machines the demolition of refractory linings in rotary ovens and in confined spaces in order to safeguard the safety of the workers. We recover and dispose of refractory material, cleaned of metal slag, coming from results and demolition of degraded refractory linings.
