our history

B&B of Bianconi Andrea Srl boasts over 45 years of activity related to services for industry inherent in the construction and maintenance of industrial furnaces, refractory linings, aluminum degassing and lead remelting.

The owners personally follow every kind of project, whether simple or complex, with the workers, in order to guarantee the highest quality standard.

In the last 15 years the company has also oriented itself to the foreign market without neglecting the Italian one, so much so that it currently serves the most renowned engineering companies both in Italy and abroad, having already specialized for years in lead battery recycling plants and aluminum remelting plants.

Technologies

We operate with appropriate remote radio-controlled machines the demolition of refractory linings in rotary ovens and in confined spaces in order to safeguard the safety of the workers.

WHAT DO WE DO

Aluminum degassing

Currently in Italy we have installed more than 40 degassing systems in the soles of melting furnaces, in order to degass the metal, reduce melting times and reduce waste. Also providing for any changes to the carpentry to increase the capacity of the oven.

Lead recast

Our company operates with great effectiveness and competence, carrying out all types of processing from the design of the furnace, movement gears, combustion system, post-combustor suction hood and refractory lining design. We design and manufacture refining boilers

Refractory linings

We install and design refractory linings inside rotary unloading furnaces for fine breccia, Maers furnaces, both in CIM Progetti and Forindus furnaces, both with a vat and with a double vat. We also work very efficiently in repairing degraphed wall areas without compromising the integrity of the coating.

One of our strengths is our professional and prepared team.

Our employees periodically attend refresher courses regarding first aid, safety at work, forklift drivers and scaffolding assembly; they are also prepared to work in stressful situations and confined spaces. These aspects mean that our staff is extremely qualified to be any type of job, even in the most extreme situations.
